Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By subscribing to Everest Wireless Network Pvt.Ltd ("EWNET") services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

EWNET provides fiber optic and wireless internet connectivity services. Service availability, speeds, and features depend on your selected plan and location.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities under Nepali law
• Distributing malware or spam
• Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades service for others
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
• Interfering with network infrastructure

4. Billing & Payment

• Fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Service Level

Residential plans are best-effort with no guaranteed uptime. Business and Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in your service agreement.

6. Equipment

Customer-premise equipment (router, ONT) remains EWNET property unless purchased outright. Equipment must be returned upon service termination.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Outstanding balances must be settled before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

EWNET's liability is limited to the monthly service fee. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
